This course will cover the core areas of intellectual property law — copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, and patents. The course will include the scope of these rights, and infringement. We will also consider the relationship between the four types of intellectual property, as well as the appropriate balance between legal protections, technological protections, and a robust public domain.

The Boot Camp will be hosted from 12:00pm – 2:00pm EST.Patent and Trade Secrets overview will be between 12:00 – 1:00 and the Trademarks and Copyrights overview will be between 1:00 – 2:00. If you are not able to attend all of the session, it will be recorded so that you can review it later.
